Many Thanks...

Sorry my Thanksgiving post is a bit late but we've been busy playing with Grandma and Grandpa Furnell! My parents drove up to Michigan for a Thanksgiving getaway to spend some much needed Norah time, and this little Miss just loved every bit of it. Won't be long before she can say "Nana" and "Papa!"

We enjoyed our week together cooking, baking, eating, laying around, shopping, sewing and decorating!

I love this time of year, it always gives us a time to really stop and think about what we're thankful for and I've got A LOT to be thankful for! Here are 25 things I'm grateful for in no particular order!

I am thankful for…

My sweet baby girl. My life began when she entered our lives
My loving husband who works hard to provide for our family
The luxury I have to stay home and raise our child
The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Friends, old and new
My crazy family
The sturdy roof over my head
Clothes on my back
Shoes on my feet
Warm bed to sleep in
Foooooood!
Specifically, chocolate
The freedoms of our Country
The men and women who fight to protect it
Movies
Modern medicine
Sweet Sadie Sue, my puppy dog
Having a sense of humor
Modern technology, where would I be without Google?!
Health of myself and my family
My education
My vehicle, as shatty as it may be
My horrible rhythm, but my ability to dance nonetheless
Reality TV
LIFE!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

6 Months

Well here we are folks...our baby is 6 months!!! Why does 6 months seem like such a milestone? Well anyway, it is! If the next 6 months go by as fast as the first 6 then I'll be posting her 1st birthday party in no time!

Not so little Norah is just a happy baby all around! Everyday she learns something new, does something new or even makes a new sound.. She has definitely found her voice and is not ashamed to share it!!! (Especially in the middle of church when everything is real quiet lol). Just since her 5 month post when she had NO teeth...now she has TWO teeth! They've broken the gum line and sure are sharp, OUCH!

She's not only sitting up on her own, but rolling over as well. Won't be long before she's on the move...I have a feeling that my life as I know it will never be the same once she is mobile!!! Believe me, I am cherishing these days right now where I can just sit her down knowing when I come back the whole room won't be flipped upside down LOL.

I've tried giving her solids, but she is just nooooot interested. I'm not sure if it's the taste, texture or both but we'll see how she feels this time next month! Things seem to change just that fast when you have a little one.

Height: 26 1/2''
Weight: 18.4lbs

Well there you have it! Another month in paradise with Norah :)
